LARGE SLEEVES

Flexi-Hex Large Sleeves, available in Lite and Mid sizes, are innovative packaging solutions designed to protect a wide range of products during transit and storage.

These sleeves are made from recycled paper pulp and feature a unique honeycomb structure that provides excellent protection while remaining environmentally friendly.

The Lite sleeve measures 1150mm in length, 35mm in width, and 40mm in thickness. Designed for the safe shipping of large fragile products. It's suitable for:

  • Shipping inserts in boxes

  • Mirrors, homewares, art pieces, sports equipment

  • Packing boards inside board bags for travel

  • Protecting smaller surfboards, kiteboards, wakeboards, skimboards, and snowboards

Lite Sleeve

The Mid sleeve is slightly larger and more robust, measuring 1155mm in length, 45mm in width, and 40mm in thickness. It's designed for:

  • Protecting larger surfboards, including retro and longboard styles

  • Packaging furniture and home decor items

  • Safeguarding mirrors, frames, and blinds

  • Wrapping large screens such as TVs and computer monitors
